Product Description

It is the golden partner of NP-9 and OP-10, which can significantly reduce the foam, so that NP and OP can be used for high-pressure spray cleaning. It can that improve the wettability and cleaning effect of the cleaning agent, a cost-effective product.

This product is easy to disperse or dissolve in water, has excellent wettability, good resistance to hard water, has a synergistic effect with other surfactants, and itself has a strong ability to penetrate and emulsify and clean oil stains, It can also significantly improve the ability of the compatible cleaning agent to clean oil while inhibiting the foam on the high-foaming surface. It can be combined with traditional high-foaming surfactants like TX and NP series, which can effectively control the foam in the recommended temperature range,increasing the cleaning and emulsification ability while significantly improving the wettability and permeability.

Application Field

This is a low-foam cleaning agent.It is used for cleaning aluminum alloy, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, etc. in medium and high temperature soaking, low-foaming spraying(≥30℃), and it has strong durability that will not be decomposed and invalidated in the high temperature and strong alkali/acid.

User's Guidance

Operating temperature: 10℃-60℃

Usage: spraying/dipping, in order to improve the cleaning performance, it needs to be used in conjunction with alkaline/acid additives

Concentration:

Alkaline auxiliary agent slotting 3% (spraying): the solubility of MJ-A239 in the working fluid is recommended to be 1.0‰-2.0‰;

Alkaline auxiliary agent slotting 5% (dipping): the solubility of MJ-L239 in the working fluid is recommended to be 2.0‰-3.0‰

Low bubble performance (with alkaline additives test):

≥26℃ low foam, ≥30℃ no foam

Note: The alkaline additives are based on Henkel 1022R or Chemetall S5166/1

Product packaging: 200KG drum, 1000KG IBC

Shelf life: One year shelf life under normal temperature sealed packaging

Storage and transportation requirements:

This product is not classified as dangerous and non-flammable. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place sealed indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after each use.

Precautions

The transportation of this product should be well sealed to prevent moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater and other impurities from being mixed in.
