Product performance and application:

This product does not contain APEO, phosphorus, nitrogen, and silicon. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly products. It has multiple characteristics of non-ionic green surfactant and cationic surfactants, and has excellent cleaning performance. It is the first choice to replace traditional TX type and foreign heavy oil removal products 226, the emulsification and cleaning effect is better than the is better than the same immersion product at home and abroad.It is widely used as low-foam spray cleaning agents for cleaning aluminum alloy, cast iron, stainless steel, and it will not be deco mposed and become invalid in strong alkali and strong acid

Instructions:

Operating temperature: 10℃-100℃

Usage: Ultrasonic/dipping, in order to improve the cleaning performance, it needs to be used in conjunction with alkaline/acid additives

Concentration: Alkaline auxiliary agent slotting 3% (soaking), the solubility of MJ-L573 in the working fluid is recommended to be 3‰-5‰;

Acid auxiliary agent slotting 5% (soaking), the solubility of MJ-L573 in the working fluid is recommended to be 3‰-5‰

This product is not suitable for spray cleaning. If you need spray products, please consult the local engineer of Mingjie

Note: The alkaline additives are based on Henkel 1022R or Chemetall S5166/1.

Shelf life:

One year shelf life under normal temperature sealed packaging

Storage and transportation requirements:

This product is not classified as dangerous and non-flammable. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place sealed indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after each use.
