Product performance and application:

This product does not contain APEO，phosphorus and silicon, is a new generation of environmentally friendly products. Easily dispersible and soluble in water, with excellent wettability, good resistance to hard water, and other surfactants.

It has a synergistic effect, has good compatibility with other components in the formula system, has excellent self-defoaming effect when reaching a certain temperature, and has excellent cleaning performance for complex oil stains.

Use the cleaning agent that formulated by this product also has the function of preventing rust of process parts.

It is widely used in low-foam spray cleaning agents for cleaning aluminum alloy, cast iron, stainless steel, etc. at the temperature of ≥40℃, and it will not be decomposed and become invalid in high temperature in the strong alkali/strong acid. When useing this product, the formulated cleaning agent can be easily rinsed off the metal surface due to its excellent wettability, and will not emulsify oil stains (unless the oil stains themselves contain emulsifiers), and it is easy to maintain and make the working tank more durable. It will not bring any side effects to the downstream phosphating, silane, ceramics, etc. It is very suitable for pretreatments of electrophoresis, powder, liquid coatings and other coating pretreatments.

Instructions:

Operating temperature: 10℃-60℃

Usage: spraying/dipping, in order to improve the cleaning performance, it needs to be used in conjunction with alkaline/acid additives

Concentration: Alkaline additives slotted 3% (spray), the recommended solubility of MJ-S5061 in the working fluid is 1.5‰-3‰;

Alkaline additives slotting 5% (dipping), the solubility of MJ-S5061 in the working fluid is recommended to be 3.0‰-5.0‰

Low foam performance (tested with alkaline additives):

≥35℃ low foam

≥40℃ no foam

Note: The alkaline additives are based on Henkel 1022R or Chemetall S5166/1

Shelf life:

One year shelf life under normal temperature sealed packaging

Storage and transportation requirements:

This product is not classified as dangerous and non-flammable. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place sealed indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after each use.
