MJ-S2131 normal temperature and low foam

Product introduction

It is a surfactant with low foam and good cleaning power at room temperature, suitable for low foam spray cleaning at room temperature, and for spray lines without heating.

Product Description

This product does not contain APEO, phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, and silicon. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly products. Easily dispersible or soluble in water, has excellent wettability, good resistance to hard water, has a synergistic effect with other surfactants, has good compatibility with other components in the formulation system, and has excellent self-defoaming effective, it has excellent cleaning performance for complex oil stains.

Application Field

It is widely used in low-foam spray cleaning agents for cleaning aluminum alloy, cast iron, stainless steel, etc. at the temperature of ≥26℃, and it will not be decomposed and become invalid in high temperature and strong alkali/strong acid. The cleaning agent prepared by this product will not bring any side effects to the subsequent phosphating, silane, ceramics, etc. It is very suitable for pretreatments of electrophoresis, powder, liquid coating and other coating.

User's Guidance

Operating temperature: 10℃-50℃

Usage: spraying/dipping/brushing/electrolysis. In order to improve the cleaning performance, it needs to be used in conjunction with alkaline/acid additives

Concentration: Alkaline additives slotting 3% (spraying), the solubility of MJ-S2131 in the working fluid is recommended to be 1.5‰-3.0‰;

Alkaline additives slotting 5% (dipping), the solubility of MJ-S2131 in the working fluid is recommended to be 3.0‰-5.0‰ 
Low foam performance (tested with alkaline additives):

≥26℃ low foam

≥30℃ no foam

Note: The alkaline additives are based on Henkel 1022R or Chemetall S5166/1

Product packaging and storage methods

Product packaging:

200KG/drum, 1000KG/IBC

Shelf life:

One year shelf life under normal temperature sealed packaging

Storage and transportation requirements: This product is not classified as dangerous and non-flammable. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place sealed indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after each use.

Precautions

The transportation of this product should be well sealed to prevent moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater and other impurities from being mixed in.
