Technical characteristics:
This product is made of sorbitol and lauric acid through dehydration and esterification. It has the following characteristics:
● Hardly soluble in water, soluble in hot oil and organic solvents, it is a high-grade lipophilic emulsifier;
● Belong to O/W type emulsifier;
● Good wettability, poor water solubility;
